Reminds me of how much our top gear sucks. Tanner is the only one that can drive and he's more annoying than entertaining, Rutledge Wood is only an expert at staying in the closet and that other host adam isn't good at anything, much less wrecking cars.

Don't even get me started. I turned it off after watching the "driving donuts" display. Yeah, did that. When I was 16. *rolls eyes* I'll watch James drive a Toyota near an active volcano in Iceland. Because I havent tried that.

In my interview last night, somehow started talking about Top Gear, and one of the gals interviewing me said how she likes it, and likes Tanner best. I looked at her, said we only watch the UK version, but said, "Tanner... he drifts, right?" She looks at me funny. I clarified, "Rally? He's a rally racer, right?" (honestly, I wasn't sure, 'cause I don't get to watch that much rallying... the only names that are firmly in my head are Block and Pastrana). She says, "Oh, yeah, he is." I smile and say, "I drive a WRX." She gives me a look that was either clueless or frightened/appreciative. I'm really not sure which.

facts:

the TG version we have here TOTALLY suxzors

richard hammond is cute, even to a guy

brits have ghastly teeth

neither block, pastrana nor foust are viable rally drivers (see Colin McRae or Marcus Gronholm for stark contrast)

none of this has anything to do with four-leggers

and Ben (OP) looks like the most fun you can have with a 20 pound friend, ever!

Piff, whatever. I was just following the trend with relevant information. Plus, I had to tell SOMEONE who would appreciate it. :P

Hamster is cute, though.

The only reason I know Pastrana's name is 'cause that was the first X Games I ever watched, and he was driving a Subie. Plus, his foot was spectacularly broken, so it was interesting. I am not a sports person, normally. I'm happy with Ninja Warrior, and that's about it. Gimme my video games. I know Block 'cause he was on le Top Gear. Foust, 'cause he was mentioned on the X Games I watched. He might have even been racing. No idea.

And of course it all has to do with four-leggers, 'cause I'm constantly covered in cat hair, so everything is always relevant. Hah.

Now where's my caffeine? *looks around*

This got me thinking...

[Richard Hammond] has many pets including four horses, five dogs, two cats, some ducks, and a few chickens, goats and sheep. He is also the owner of Top Gear Dog also known as Tee-Gee.

Apparently Jeremy Clarkson had a old dog that had to be put down a while back...

[Jeremy] Clarkson and his family had owned the dog since she was a puppy and named her after the Oscar-winning actress Whoopi Goldberg. They have three other dogs, including a labradoodle, at their home in Chipping Norton, Oxfordshire.

I couldn't find anything for Capt. Slow or Foust, and I don't care enough to look up Adam or Rutledge. However, Ken Block is a dog owner...

2nd and 4th pics don't show up for me. I _am_ at work, so no idea if it's security based, or bad image foo.

First off, apparently I can't freaking count.

The image below the Hammond comment doesn't show, and the one above popcorn doesn't show. I see the banana and popcorn...

Eh, whatevs. They're not your fur-kids, so it's fine.

I like the Tanner story! Relevant and amusing

And now that I've learned about Hamster's pets, all is right in the world.
