yes, but I dont recommend it... the textured plasti-dip finish loves to attract brake dust. i have to clean these pretty much daily to keep them white.

If I can make the black work with a front lip and the roof, i shall be putting on a can of gloss to make it slightly shinier.

Do your mirrors too. It's minor but it will help set off the hood. The roof will def help the look of the hood. I'd do the wheels anyways or something crazy like all black and leave the one spoke with the sticker on it silver .

Also take your hood scoop front piece off and peel it off to make it silver again just the front. That will brake up all the black you have now. Just a thought.

Your wheels look dipped as well. Is that Copper metalizer on black?

They aren't. It's actually RustOleum Bronze. I am planning on redoing them this spring though, with exactly what you just said. However, I may just leave them black if I like the look.

Thanks JD King for the comment! I didn't do it personally. I had a company do it for me. Came out real smooth! I have a bug/aero guard to install, but he advised letting it cure for about a week or so before reinstalling. I'm hoping to get that back on this weekend.

I really like the way your rims came out. Exactly the color I was looking to do my RS 6 spokes in. Thanks for posting! Nice under glow

If it is coming out in chunks make sure you turn the can over and spray until you see it coming out clear. Shake a few more times and you are good to go.

Check your local Lowe's or Home Depot. They carry it as well. They at least carry black. Some stores don't carry all the colors, but for the most part they will at least carry black.

All colors though are available at www.dipyourcar.com

Ive never seen it at Walmart. But if you go to Home Deot or ACE hardware, they carry it. Usually they only carry Black. To get custom colors, you have to go to dipyourcar.com. When you peel it all off, there is no residue.

I sprayed my hood scoop and it helps tremendously a lot with the glare. Sunglasses help with the glare, but its still shining in your face.

I don't recommend blaze orange on any exterior parts if you live somewhere with intense sun. Killed my wheels, had to peel it off last night.

Anyone do their exterior moldings around their windows before? Color has faded in some areas and I'm thinking about using Plasti dip to cover them up

Also, how do you get that smooth finished product? I've done it to my interior trim and it comes out bumpy and textured..
