Walmart you need a jug and a quart.

I only run the rotella in our subarus, never had a consumption problem.

Oil in so we'll see about the consumption issue. Took the car out and made some runs with it. Boost comes on quick and I still get full boost. No noise or let off of pressure so maybe there actually is nothing wrong with the turbo. I've always been fanatical about the oil changes....

Isn't this the guy that wanted like 9,500 for this car a month ago and said it was "almost as fast as an STI?" Idiot blew up his car and still wants 6k for it haha.

I think so. He was trying to trade his stock hood for a wrx/sti hood a few weeks ago when I was creeping ksl classifieds. So he could have got the hood. Only thing I don't see this car being the same because he doesn't say that he had the motor built and blah blah blah fast as sti blah blah blah. But, asking 6k for a blown 2.5rs

Maybe the 2.5RS gains value as it ages...

Which is sickening! I mean a 02-03 wrx with a STI swap is worth less then a 00-01 2.5rs with the same swap explain that one to me!!

Eh just taste/novelty of owning a proper swap old body style impreza. I'm wasting all my extra cash on making power out of a bugeye, just my personal favorite body style.

Default Anybody in Layton willing to check an STI out???

I was wondering if anyone in the Layton area would be willing to just look at a 2009 STI for me? I live in SLC and don't want to head up there if it isn't worth it. The car is at
Five Point Auto Group
1285 N MAIN ST*Layton, UT 84041*866-976-3062*
They're asking $29.995 I just want to know if anyone thinks it's worth my time looking into.

Thanks in advance

James

You're too lazy to drive 30 minutes?

It's also really only a 30 minute drive, unless you are just that lazy.

It's not that I'm lazy I'm busy this weekend.

It is the blue hatch. What's wrong with it?

Also, that dealership is a shoddy ass bunch of slime balls. I know for a fact they've regularly reflashed ECU's to temporarily take CEL's off.
