Default Crankshaft woes...

So machine shop measured my crank.

#2 and #3 journals are out of round. He also said that if he grinds them they'll be under the lower tolerance spec.

New crankshaft time?

yes, black nitrited cranks go for 280~300 depending..from the dealership

my dealer wanted $381 for a 2.0 wrx crank (2005 are crossed drilled) i got mine from "flatirons tuning .com" it was only $309,they have the STI 2.5 cranks too.JC speed is colser to you.
