No post count listed next to anyone's name. Don't know what you're talking about old man. You getting senile?

You mean that post count of 2184 right under your name and "scooby specialist" designation? It's shows clear as day on the mobile app which what I use since I can't sit in front of a computer all day. You know, grown up job and all. Every time you talk more crap your count just goes up and up. At this rate, you'll be a "Guru" by the weekend. So who's the one that doesn't know what their talking about again?

Sorry I'm not into it that much to use a mobile app. From what I use it doesn't list post count. So how was a wrong? Over the long time I've been here I average a half a post a day.....yeah I do nothing but site on here. I understand you still feel embarrassed from believing my joke and trying to redeem yourself from looking stupid. It's ok pops. Guess it makes it even funnier that an old ass dude has a mobile app for a car forum on his phone. Bwahaha

I change plenty of oil. That generally comes with services and headgaskets. Guess you're also jealous that you don't know how to build or fix a car.

Small dick? That's not what your wife said.

Guess I can only expect insults of a certain level when it comes to oil boys. Should have known your kinds are still stuck in the high school mentality.

Anyway now that both of you took this thread severley off topic I have some gravey work to get to. Enjoy the rest of your day dreaming of penises.

There ya go with the middle school insults again. I'm sure you're a big hit with the pre teen girls, or boys, whatever you're into. And by the way, I'm not really that old. I'm only 34 and probably in better shape and more tech savvy than you are. Your move Bieber...

Im new to the forums but I would just like to report my problem and warranty experience to show that soa isn't soo bad..

2012 impreza wrx
mileage- 13,000
mods- cobb stage 2(cobb short ram and invidia catless tbe), cobb lightweight crank pully, grimspeed aos, br coilovers, perrin front and rear sway's, perrin lca bushings, perrin subframe bushings, agency power rear lateral links, eibach wheel spacers, AND exedy twin disc clutch

My car started to make very loud knocking/growling noise in 3rd gear, sounded like a bad roller bearing. days later 3rd gear went and all gears now made noise. I was near a Subaru dealer when this happened so I figured why not give it a try. Really didn't think they would want to do anything for me due to my mods but they agreed to rebuild my transmission on circumstance that I pay for a oem clutch back in(started slipping a 8k). Its currently at the dealer waiting for parts, I will report my end result once I get my car back.

To the above individuals: (and in the absence of mods) lets try and keep an intelligent and informative discussion here for others and ourselves to benefit from. The childish verbal exchanges can be taken to PMs if absolutely necessary....seriously

Name: Danny

Make: 2013 WRX

Mileage: 11,500

Time Out Of Use: None yet, just dealer visits.

Problem And Likely Cause: Defect, either bolt or threads.

Modifications: Group N Trans Mount

Submitted For Warranty Work (Yes/No): Possibly

Reason Given For Denial: - Waiting for response

Your Story:

I installed the Group-N Trans Mount for my WRX

All went well except one of the 17mm Bolts never torqued down It just keeps spinning.

Dealer Visits(1 hour away)
1.Went to the dealer, they ordered a new bolt
2. They could not remove the bolt(Just spins), and they think the threads are tacked in from the factory and the welds broke so its just spinning.

They are going to contact their SOA Rep and let me know..

The Service guy is a fellow club member so he is cool and he is cautious of involving SOA but I think thats what we have to do next.

But I am worried about this, I did nothing wrong it just never tightened down, defective threads and or Bolt.

I am getting knocking noise everytime I start my car and over quick bumps.

I dont think Subaru tack in threads, the body is physically tapped. So just have to drill it out... but I dont know.
