Picked up some new wheels for the car yesterday. OZ Formula HLT in gold

Fronts are 17X8 with 235 Direzza ZII
Rears are 17X9 with 245's

Shifters came and went. Were sold out directly, however Nameless, TIC and RSD should still have a few left. More should be ready towards the end of the first week in April.

For those who haven't bought a short shifter - this is the one to get. I installed mine last night and its just fantastic! I loved everything about the BRZ's stock setup, but man this made me love it WAY more. From the positioning of the lever to the throw reduction. You won't be disappointed.

RCE bars and the TIC rack bushings installed. Stupid easy for both sets. Need to go get realigned after doing the rack.
Most likely going to throw a Vortech kit on the car in the near future.

Tom or anyone else -- Did you notice your stock shifter rattling at all? I'm wondering if that'll go away when I get the KB shifter.

Never even noticed it until I plugged the intake noise maker thingy in the passenger footwell yesterday. Now it's annoying.

BTW - love the gold wheels. They really set off the yellow KB barcode. It was so lonely there before.

I know I asked it on FT86club, but is there any chance we will see a shifter without the $35 shifter bushing for sale?

Most likely not. They are all prepackaged and boxed up as a kit. you can always sell the rear bushings or give them to a friend.

Looks like were going to be installing a Vortech kit on the car in the near future. Finalizing some details/ options.

I have right around 5,000 miles on my Full Blown turbo kit already. These cars are meant to be driven, unlike Porsches where once you get to 10,000 miles nobody wants to buy your car because it is too used.

I'd buy a 10,000 mile Cayman S.
