Default Best deal/shop for servicing

I'm anal retentive when it comes to my possessions and my cars is no exception to this. I have stuff that's a decade old that you would think it's new if I didn't tell you.

So I'm looking for others like me who wants nothing but perfection when it comes to taking care of our cars.

My question from your experience is what dealer and/or shop do you guys recommend that provides this kind of quality service around SoCal?

I live in Orange County and heard the mechanics and servicing isn't great at a south coast subaru.

Forman Performance in Costa Mesa. Dave, Vim and Brian.
Ironically, across the street from SouthCoastSubaru but a universe away regarding the customer service and job done. Pricing is also second to none!

Sounds like everyone might like Forman the most. What about dealers? What are your experiences?

I just went evasive last week, I scheduled a day prior for a 4w alignment considering there schedule posted on there web sight. I didn't anticipate one that soon like you I do my own work like replacing Full suspension I
Did. You can't just go to any alignment shop with a laser tool. the guru behind the controls and it's calibration make the difference. I read in a import mag. So #evasive hooked it up quickly and efficiently. Like you I've had shops take days for high level repairs or upgrades. Most shops ate usually too busy with Competition builds and regular joe builds. I think a shop that can Have success turn around speed is true success. Cool thing is there the closest tuning shop near me and that was my first experience there. In IMO I could recommend them. Yelp has had good info for me prior to going.

I have the same question but live in Temecula and spend a lot of my days off in San Diego. Does anyone know of a good shop to go to anywhere in between?

I have to go to a shop soon due to check engine light.

Background: Had it checked and report says: DTC P0420: no catalytic converter. Have a down pipe and cobb accessport so dealership is not an option. Some people disconnected my battery when I got an alignment so I think that has everything to do with it.

I've had good experiences with RallySport Engineering aka Subaru Repairs in Costa Mesa. Paul really knows Subarus, and if SOA trusts him and only him with the only 22B in North America, it must mean something.

If you're willing to take the drive, we're in Chino, CA. Come by and visit the shop, you'll see that we have the exact same mentality as you

And not to forget honesty. Tell me what I need to fix not stuff that doesn't need fixing but fix it anyways.
