Default accessport manager

When i open ap manager it says unable to find winusb and liusb whats the problem here if i plug in the ap and hit connect it just sits there searching and never finds it. What am i doing wrong?

It says unable to find winusb and libusb support on the system please reinstall application. I reinstalled it and it does the same thing

I did a google search for "unable to find winusb" and the FIRST result was

Before getting hostile, try searching. Also, there are TWO versions of the AP and without knowing which one you have that obfuscates helping you.

That worked but now i need a product key to view my logs, this is becoming way harder than it should be, i can open them with Microsoft word or notepad but i dont know what to look for because all the data is just strung out all over the place

Have you tried opening the logs with Excel?

I have a UTEC so my knowledge is not AP specific, I know with UTEC my logs come in .csv files which only make sense in excel. Notepad doesn't show the columns correctly.
