Can't wait till I get my headers too hopefully they're on their way, fingers crossed... Once I get that piece of art I'm installing it immediately & probably take a day off work lol I'm soo psyched up as day 1 when i made the order back in Jan.
I got so many people who are waiting to see how it sounds on the 2.0L impreza's here in Australia...HD vids will be posted along with an installation step by step guide to help others in OZ who will be ordering from Rallisport & installing it themselves.

Maybe someone that has experience with the 2.0L Impreza's can advise us whether a tune exists for the Hitachi ECU, as I heard they're not tunable as the 2.5US version and there's nothing on open source.

My car has a cosmoracimg CAI and a Magnaflow catback & soon to have Rallisport UEL headers, however at the moment the car runs very rich to the point I can smell unburnt fuel from the exhaust and also fuel consumption is a bit high too averaging around 400 kms per a full tank of premium 98 petrol.

Hopefully if its running rich it wont cause any damage to any sensors or catalytic converters as I read somewhere!

Mike's V3 is looking amazing!! and an absolutely neat comparison of dyno charts...keep it up.

Regards,
Michael

Your intake is probably why you're running rich, try taking it off with the stock one back on and see how it runs, hybrids seem to work good without much side effects. As for tuning I think atleast up to 07 romraider could be used as an open source for tuning. Good luck with everything though

Thanks for your input buddy, I think you're right about the CAI as after installing it I noticed the car running rich and also idling was a bit to rough, especially when dropping very low; seems like Its about to stall then bounces back up...final decision I think is to put the stock intake back on. Thanks

Thanks Mike!

I'm just wondering if these hybrid headers Have been dyno tested yet or have been run by other 2.0L subie owners ?
hopefully there are no compromises in producing the same rumble & power as the V2 headers.

Looking forward to receiving my headers

Please let me know how longer it is going to take?

So as some of you may or may not know I am getting a 2nd cat-pipe delete fabricated. In order to accomplish this I need to send out the factory pipe in order for Mike at Rallisport Racing to have the proper point of reference to make the new piece. The planned piece will delete the cat and in it's place host a small vibrant bottle resonator (keep the rasp/drone away).

So with that being said here is the porn: Header on it's own

you can't listen to that and tell me that Mike doesn't know what he's doing!

And with just having passed the 3 month mark, that's just downright cruel

**and yes, I know it's worth the wait**

Same here, passed 3 months about a week ago. Videos like that do not help the wait process! Just joking, awesome sound!

I feel you guys...I asked Mike to build me a custom EL header w/high flow cat, and the wait is killing me! Since its a one-off, its taking more time. Must....have....go-fast parts!
