Default Is this an oem TC for a 2005 wrx?

well i'm in the middle of putting together an engine for this car i bought and i was curious if this is the oem TC, it's blue and doesn't seems like someones just sprayed it. is it aftermarket?

its an oe sube torque converter that may have been rebuilt.
normally transmission shops send them out and the converter rebuilders
paint them their own colors for easy id. cheers
