Default got lazy and need a small help

I'm in the midst of swapping a 04 JDM STI 6 speeder into my 06 WRX. I intend to keep my 5 x 100 PCD setup and stock 4/2 brakes but i understand that the rear hubs of 04 STI will not fit. May i ask what are my cheapest option but still able to retain my brakes?

I want to keep the change minimal, i used to have a set of brembos that would work right up. Currently, i am looking at the simplest way to change or swap out so i could use the brakes.

:FuJi K: Your suggesting keeping my rear diff and swap a auto prop shaft from which car again? Would that be the most cost efficient?

@TIC: I remembered H6 rears could work but not too sure. And it is difficult to find Spec B parts in this part of the work...
