When ever you see a dealer that does that, move on. There are always alternatives that are charging just MSRP or less and want your business, a market adjustment is for suckers that are impatient and/or stupid.

The dealership here in Otown told me to find the dealership you trust and let them handle the purchase for you. The more you call around and get quotes, the more competitions there will be and you have to pay for the destination charge plus the sale tax differences from different county.
One quick question: does the xt touring have leather trim? The premium doesn't?
My dealer said they all cloth.
