I too have a love affair with those EG hatches, it's unfortunate that they almost always end up in the wrong hands.
I'm diggin those rims tho! Very nice!

Thanks! Yeah its LS motor, GSR trans and makes 330whp. I really love my car but had thought about selling it because of the whole "import scene".

Glad I kept it because now that im older (32) I just stay away/dont participate in that crap (whether Honda or Subaru). My wife and I just take it out on sunny weekends and cruise windy back roads

I forget Hondas can be built tastefully. All I ever see is APC and auto zoned pimpmobiles anymore. I had a 87 Accord for cheap daily transportation, not with any performance aspirations but never warmed up to the brand.

1987 CRX Si 212,xxx. I am the luck second owner. I bought it from a woman who bought it as her first car. 26 years ago.I just rebuilt the top end with new valves, WP, TB, ect... I got a free set of wheels on CL. One had a crack so I I stop-drilled the crack and TIGed it up + fresh paint and new tires. Added Magnaflow and side exit exhaust.

Wasn't this at the UW auto show in red square? I think I saw it in a pic.

Maybe a stupid/vague question but what's it like to drive that compared to a "normal" car. I hear the word "raw" thrown around but can't say I've been in something that would fit that description.

Thumbs up

New pics of the Murtaya after this weekend's shakedown test drive:

Messing with image manipulation on the flight home...

Couldn't find a good place to take pics of the car in the short time that I had, so....here's a dirt lot.
