Are u just doing the bov for sound? If not... you could do the bpv mod with a drill or hammer it to hold higher levels with stock reliability and sleeper look...

Slap the stocker back on and crush it. Mine was fine to 25psi like that.

Well you cant really be closest when it is leaking and not actually making the correct power..

I would have gone recirc but the way the perrin fuel rails are run there isnt a lot of room in that area for the recirc tube.

I also need to fix my air compressor so I can boost leak check it at my house and not paying $100/hr on the dyno.. lol

Figured out the problem. I put a cheater spring on the WG actuator, and ran a hose from the compressor to the WG and it boosted 1BAR (14.7psi) the whole way. I then hooked up the MBCS and Peaked a bit high 1.8bar (26psi) but held 1.4bar (20psi) to redline.

Thanks Matt for suggesting the WG might be crap. Looks like I need to get an aftermarket one and upgrade the stock 8psi actuator to a 15psi actuator.

We will soon. I pm'd matt about the turbo smart WG actuator he has. I just dont want to run a cheater spring forever.

It'd be nice to just do the new actuator instead before we go back.
