Fair enough! Wine-arita sounds fun! What vineyard is are you a member at?

Good luck with the tri as well! I am not a fan of them and usually end up watch the wife do them!

Yeah, we have done a couple of their small events and they have been great. http://www.whytehorsewinery.com/

They also do these wine makers table where the owner invites in a known chef and prepares a 5 course meal and they pair wines with each course. Really fun, and amazing food.

Have you ever run a half marathon? For me the Tri is so much more fun and interesting than running 2 hours straight.

I'm not a monster, I have lost the weight of a female gymnast.
Weighted in at 202 yesterday. bought 34 inch waist pants, haventd done that since middle school.

Hilarious pic too, i laughed, looked over at my work phone(on conference call) to make sure my mic was on mute.

I think he meant when he was younger. All my A&F clothes still fit me so I still rock the pants but I donated all my t-shirts, jackets and sweaters because they had entirely way too much propaganda on it.

I saved a ton of money by switching to naked.

John, you're a 34? Nicely done!

yeah, the lbs keep dropping. about to go sub 200.

My clothes that I wear to work look like ass, falling off me, super baggy.

But I go to the floor a lot and the test cells and teardown/inspection so I dont want to wear my nice fitting good clothes. #firstworldproblems #engineerproblems.

I need to get more hardcore myself. It's weird, since I switched back to trying to get big, I've lost 6 lbs. I don't understand it. I bulk up so easily.

I still want to get back down around 185. I want my beautifully sculpted abs to be visible.

I bet that little beaver makes a nice hole.

We just met another couple with babies and the dad rides a road bike too, we're making plans to start riding together which is great because I haven't ridden in a long time and need the motivation. I need to start working out.

That was both potentially cryptic if we get along well and literal.

And I'm working remotely from home today which means I'm just keeping myself logged in and moving them mouse every 15 minutes or so to keep myself "available" on the network. Back to netflix...

That's exactly how I was able to go through all of the seasons of Archer and Initial D on Netflix. Now I need something else to watch.

I heard some rumblings this morning about HR running around like crazy, which is never good. Someone was spotted getting walked out the door. Then my boss called me into his office. His boss was in there too, and asked me to close the door. Heart jumped out of my chest.

We just went through a major restructure. I survived, and have been provided with much greater responsibility as a result of losing people. This is by far the biggest and scariest change I have been through while with this company. There are entire teams that got let go. People I worked side by side with that made a huge difference to the company. I don't understand the change. I am grateful I still have my job. Very grateful.

But still confused.

I just can't seem to break the 200lb. mark no matter what I do. I'm trying a new 3 month work out plan. Wendler's 5/3/1 Boring But Big challenge. The first month is pretty easy because the accessory lifts are 5x10x50% of 1RM, but month two is 60% and month three is 70%. I've read the month three is an absolute bear to get through. But hopefully it gets me to my goal of 215-220 by the end of the year.

Glad you made the cut. Hopefully this becomes an opportunity to show what you're made of.

A couple months back they basically cut the bottom 2% off at Bell (GE style). Lotta long time people were let go. Then another round came about 3 weeks ago.

And get this, the union is debating striking on top of this over the summer, believe it or not.

Think they could get released?
I know we can't. We've been trying for a while
