If the only mods on the car are the dp, catback, and aem intake then a Cobb AP is your best bet. Then you can run the OTS stage 2 AEM tune.

By the way I highly doubt a dealer would change the tune on a used cat they get. If they "reset the ECU" the tune would still remain. They would have to overwrite the existing tune and they wouldn't do that (probably don't even have the ability at an infinity dealership)

And 18psi sounds very normal
