Default Tail Light overlays

Well I just traded my 2010 WRX for a 2013 WRX (both 5-doors). While I loved the clear tails with my white WRX the new one is dark grey and the clear lights just make the rear look incomplete IMHO. So I am planning on getting red overlays for it. Who has done them and is it a pain in the ass? Is it worth paying someone a few bucks to avoid the frustration and headache of doing them?

I have installers around the country that install my overlays if you need to have them installed.

I did mine a couple weeks ago. They're far from perfect (some bubbles and wrinkles) but it was my first time working with vinyl, so I'm happy with the results for now. You can't see any imperfections unless you're up close. Just take your time and use a heat gun carefully. After putting on the cut out parts, I removed the taillight to finish.

I always encourage people to install themselves . Good points btw, take your time, and any air bubbles you have left over, simply pop with a needle, the vinyl will set.
