22mm Front/19mm Rear is a good combo. Remember, bigger isn't always better.

I've got '12 WRX springs which puts me at 217/194 and with Koni inserts, they feel really good.

The next set-up I'm planning for will have adjustable height and the springs will either be 224/280 or 280/336. I haven't quite decided yet.

One thing to note, WRX springs will fit on our cars. But they are designed for the WRX. The WRX is about 200 pounds heavier. So something that works great on a WRX might actually be a bit too stiff for our cars. Just something to keep in mind.

A leaky strut is a perfect candidate for a Koni insert.

From that chart about the spring rates, prog means? Progressive?

Thank you for a meaty answer. How much should I be spending for the install/cutting (Konis in WRX Struts)?

You got a tripod with OEM F/22 R Sways? Still looking for 25/22
Maybe the height is at 2 fingers? IDK, I haven't been concerned about height and I haven't measured it. But it does seem to sit a little lower than stock.

I got my Konis for $630 (I've seen others get them cheaper). I did the install myself. It was fairly straight forward, but it was also time consuming. I think a full install could be done in about 4 hours. maybe 3.

To be fair, I've only seen the car tripod on hard right-handers. I think the CG may be closer to the driver's side than in the middle.

Yep. Since progressive springs aren't linear, you cant really give them a spring rate.

Check out Weathertech. They are pricey but are more flush than others.

Yeah the Weathertech deflectors are nice. Mine came all scuffed up though, and they had to send out new ones that were wrapped better.

It's kinda difficult to see the fitment in pics, so I'll post a lot of angles.

Got pulled over for tint again...best part was he pulled me over because he thought my windshield was tinted which it isn't. Then he asked me to roll my windows up and gave me a ticket also pointed out my radar detector was illegal and that I got "lucky this time" because he would let it slide. It just pisses me off how he wanted to make it seem like hes a good guy for letting me slide on the detector. When they are perfectly legal to use and operate in the state of NJ. From what I know only Washington DC and Virginia prohibit the use of radar detectors. I was gonna correct him but I have had bad experiences correcting officers who think they know everything(they get very defensive). Also he said the side walls on my tires were to thin I run a 235/45/17 just they're tucked in the fenders.

P.S. Always makes me laugh when they don't signal cut across 3 lanes of traffic and run a stop sign to pull you over.

#Rant had to vent a bit lol.

There's a legal limit for tire sidewall profile height now? WTF?!

Oh I forgot to mention, I modded the rear deflectors a little.. stock they will be more secure, but will bulge a little more than in those pics. I use double sided tape to secure mine, and on hot days the sticky stuff that comes on the deflector will get soft, and the thing will fall out.

Their isn't. Any tire that is dot approved with at least 2mm of tread is legal. That cop is a moron. Letting something slide isn't making you lucky it's called officer discretion.

And... 234/45 is HUGE go narrower or smaller aspect ratio.

Anyone have any experience with LED turn signal lights and reverse lights? About to do something about it. Along with LP lighting.

The resistors are a bitch. All of my lights are either LED or HID. Except two halogens. One in the trunk and one in one of the taillights.

I was reading up on it, stuck behind the bowls of the fuse box?

I tapped them in right behind the plug for each bulb.

I had hyperblinking when I did the fronts. Got resistors and fixed it.

Did the rears. Figured the resistors on the fronts would be adequate. They weren't. Got more resistors and fixed it again.

Did the license plate and parking lights. Parking lights started blinking with the turn signals. Removed one of the parking LEDs and replaced it with a Halogen. Solved the problem.

I've been meaning to do LEDs in the hatch. I have all the stuff to do it. I just haven't done it yet.

The Dome and Map lights were a piece of cake though. And a HUGE improvement.

I have gotten complaints that the signal LEDs are too dim during the day. But bright as hell at night.

If you don't tap into each bulb wire, will the one main resistor behind the fuse work for everything?
