Angry After fuel pump install car will not start

I just finished installing perrin fuel rails and a warboro fuel pump. When i go to start the car i hear the fuel pump turn on. I pulled the lines in the engine compartment and the one like on top is dry but the bottom has fuel and alot of pressure. I primed the car many times before trying to start. Any help is greatly appriciated.

Try swapping the lines. Sounds like you have them backwards
