Default Aaron Hernandez questioning for homicide?

It seems Boston just can't get a break from all of this crap that's going on lately. I hope no one is jumping to conclusions before all the facts come out but it's disgusting to read half of the comments on these articles. People already calling him names and talking about his career being ruined because it's reported that he "hasn't been cooperating with police".

They already arrested and or took in a couple guys from his residence. He was only questioned because of his car (I think).

Have you guys been keeping track of the story, or at least listening to any of it recently? Lots of stuff has come out lately, and it's pretty crazy.

with whats floating around, regardless of being convicted/charged or whatever, its a pretty safe bet the nfl will be disciplining him.

so either way chances of him playing are going to be slim.

That may be true. The only saving grace for him was one of the reports so far that came out was found to be completely untrue.

I was listening in on the radio at lunch break. Apparently while he was out at a night club, they had some Jet's fans (no idea what they were doing around those parts) provoking him at the club. After he left, they also did the same, following him about a block away until he got in his car, and were provoking him all the way.

It's just weird that all of these stories hit at once. Conspiracy theorist checking in lol.

I accidently shoot people all the time. If I don't intend to shoot them it doesn't count. That's why he didn't have to file a police report last time that happened. Pulp fiction.....the guy in the back of the Nova. Need I say more?

You don't find it even remotely strange that the case you are referring to was withdrawn, and then refiled today (Thursday 6/20) after this new questioning came to light? I'm not so quick to judge someone based off of what was said. After all, last I checked it was innocent until proven guilty.

Also, the man who was allegedly shot is only suing for $100,000? He was shot in the head, and will need medical assistance + surgery for the rest of his life. They also re-worded the lawsuit to say instead of being shot in the head, he was now shot in the arm, and the bullet traveled to his head which caused loss of vision in one of his eyes. I'm not sure if I was shot, I would only sue for 100k. Very, very fishy me thinks. How about the fact that the victim was 'uncooperative' when police questioned him about the incident, and that no one knows of any police report?

Hey I can speculate about things without facts too! On the radio they said that ABC news said an unnamed source said he's an alien from Mars.

Quote:
Shortly after 11 a.m., a white Audi SUV pulled out of a garage at Hernandez’s sprawling home. The vehicle’s tinted windows prevented reporters from identifying the driver.

Boston TV news outlets used helicopters to follow the vehicle to Gillette Stadium, where, they reported, Hernandez got out of the vehicle. They reported at around 12:15 p.m. that he was leaving Gillette, and helicopter footage showed the white Audi as it drove away, with cameramen on the ground at one point filming the driver as he stopped at a gas station.

The helicopters followed the car to Boston’s Boylston Street, where it entered a garage on Boylston near Copley Square at about 1:15 p.m.

At around the same time at Hernandez’s home, a white Nissan SUV pulled up to the end of the driveway. It appeared that the driver, a woman, either pulled something out of, or checked, the mailbox. The driver got back in and pulled the car into the driveway. The driver and another woman, both in their 20s, then got out of the car, carrying plastic shopping bags, saying nothing to the assembled media before going into the house. The car had left the home at around 6:30 a.m. today.

A horde of media, with about 10 satellite trucks and about 15 camera tripods set up, have been waiting on the sidewalk opposite Hernandez’s home.
Nobody has anything better to do? Boring day at the Whitey trial I guess? I'm just going to skip the sensationalist twitter fuelled media BS and wait for the police to do their thing.

Still can't believe though that they were following him from the field to the gas station, and to his house in a helicopter. That's a little excessive. Don't need to know where he got gas and how much it costs.

You're not used to the media reporting every speculation though? That surprises me more than, well, than the media reporting every speculation.

I think the bigger picture here is the threat of an NFL suspension for possibly violating their conduct policy. We'll see what the investigation shows, but the NFL has been known to hand out penalties even when civil/criminal investigations turn up nothing. I hope he's ok to play come the fall.

Not sure I follow on that one. If it ends up showing that he did no wrong, what penalty will they hand out for someone slandering his name? I'm not saying you're wrong, but i'm really curious how that would work out and whether they've really done it before.

I also hope he's good to go and cleared to play, but this is turning into a media circus. Starting to feel like the Jets...

Edit: big Ben, and Ray Lewis both were fined, but by what's percieved as a more lenient commissioner. You may be right that he may suffer severe suspension and/or fines

That's what I'm saying. If he gets fined, he can appeal it. However, Goodell has come down real hard in trying to clean up the NFL's image.

Correct, from what you said, I verified that Goodell has been known to hand out much more severe penalties. There were more updates on the Hernandez case but I won't past for those who don't like to keep track

#1 He's being followed like he's the new OJ.
#2 He's becoming the new Ray Lewis (hopefully with the same outcome)
#3 OMG when will it end, this isn't good.

Also, did you guys hear that the surveillance equipment was found broken and he had a cleaning crew come in on Monday? Coincidence on the cleaning crew, probably but the broken evidence is no good.

It's not just that. He smashed his phone into pieces, gave it to his lawyers, and they gave it to the police...in pieces.

The more I hear, the more it's too much to be a coincidence.

I have no sympathy for people who are stupid enough to hang out with thugs and risk their careers by making questionable decisions. Happens all the time when kids like him are handed millions while they're still too immature to handle the wealth and fame.

Lets just hope it was one of his idiot friends who did it and not him. He is from a 'rough crowd' sort of background, sometimes these guys have a tough time letting go of bad friends.

ABC 6 ran a blurb that said he was seen on video driving around the night of the murder, with the victim.

He was seen with the murdered man and 2 others leaving a club, showed up at home with only the 2 others. Neighbors to his residence heard gun shots a little while before he arrived home.

They released a warrant for his arrest this morning I believe. The plot thickens...
