Default Bagged + flares 04-07 Impreza Wheel/tire size?

I have a 07 STI, and i was wondering if I go with Flares and im bagged, what size wheels w/offset and tires can I fit, without rubbing or bending the flare when Im dropped?

I know 18x11 rims fit all day, but will they work when dropped?

Anyone have a idea?

Thanks

Wow. Contradictions all over the place.

Go look at the karlton flare thread. Those cars aren't exactly lifted. Do some searching.

Those cars aren't lifted but I don't think anyone of them actually has bags either.

OP: You have a good question but you might have to be a guinea pig for the rest of us.

I just saw a Hawkeye wagon with Karlton flares bagged on 18x11.5s on instagram.

This is true. It did have tires and an engine plus a person inside driving it.

That's pretty awesome. Wonder if he had to cut anything.
Yea, I've been searching trying to find answers...
Basically without having wheels to test fit, I'd be guessing!
Hopefully someone posts in here someday.
