Looks awesome. I wish i could do that to my wires forester xt. Haha, but that would be a little over the top for her. Great job!

Well, this project is getting close. Just need to install the radiator, fill fluids, put in the dw fuel pump, and prime the fuel system. Then install the belts and weld the tip on the straight pipe exhaust.

Wow, sick! I am looking into getting a Forester XT soon and out of the STi. Except this time around I want to build an offroad XT. Pretty much just a lift, wheels and tires. Reading about how capable the Foresters are off road is compelling me to do it. They can go through any terrain with ease with the exception of rock crawling, and I am cool with that. A rock crawler is a dedicated rig and would need to be built for that purpose.

I just want some decent clearance these days!

I dropped my cell Wednesday and broke it, so I am having to use the wifes (I do not like the way hers shows up though. It makes the parts look dirty, which they are not). I will have better pics this weekend when I pull the car out of the garage.

Was your TBE one that would fit on an 04 STi? I only ask because I want an OEM STi exhaust and am wondering what mods you may have done to the hangers to get it to fit properly. Cheers.

For anyone wondering what has happened with this car and where she's at now, i have her and have been taking care of her. She has gone through a couple changes, some of the majors being vf39 with tial 38mm ewg, front brembos (lgt rears soon), dropped with kyb struts/ perrin springs and a jdm scoop. She's my daily and even though it didn't get as far as the previous owner was building it up to be, i plan on eventually going rotated, fmic etc in a couple years when the time is right!

Love the build, I can see you put some sweat into this one. The updated pics with the Brembos and drop give the sleeper look a hint that there's a badboy underneath the hood. I bet this thing is simply a blast to drive!

Good to hear, thank you for representing GS in a great way with this car.

Check out a few pics of the FXT I picked up a couple months ago in all its stock glory (http://forums.nasioc.com/forums/show....php?t=2603254).
