Default **For anyone looking for an etuner...

look no further then DUX10! I recently went stage 2 on my 04' WRX wagon and I cannot speak highly enough of the customer service that DUX10 (Steve) has demonstrated! The moment I sent him an email inquiring about his etune services, he replied back within minutes and setup a phone conversation that night to understand more about my car and the goals I had for it. As I waited for the stage 2 parts to arrive, he kept in touch and always was willing to help with any install questions I had. After installing all of the parts, Steve very promptly sent an initial MAP to begin the etune process and provided instructions on how to log the car using Romraider. ANY time I needed to talk he was ALWAYS available. I am 46 years old and I have NEVER encountered anyone, anywhere, at anytime that provided this level of service. Since Steve lives in GA, after the initial MAP was proven to be safe, I met up with Steve just south of Atlanta. He then spent 2.5 hours in the passenger seat fine tuning the final MAP. We started at 7:30pm and finished at 10pm, on a Saturday night nonetheless! The days after my tune with Steve, he continued to send messages ensuring that my car was running to my expectations. Just tonight I noticed a small anomaly with the car and after sending Steve a log, he modified the MAP and sent it to me within minutes!!

If you are considering pro-tuning your car, you owe it to yourself (and your car/investment) to give Steve a call. If you have any hesitations, feel free to reach out to me and I will answer any questions you have regarding Steve and his services.

THANK YOU Steve for your incredible services!
Glenn H.

I recently setup a Stage 1 Tune on my 2002 WRX Wagon. I have an AEM Cold Air Intake, Invidia Up Pipe, & Blitz Nur Spec Cat Back Exhaust.

I had previously purchased a tune from another online source, but they ended up being a pain to deal with, and horrible communication.

I contacted Steve and he replied within minutes. He is extremely knowledgeable, super friendly, and very excited to help.

He sent me a Rev1 within a couple hours, and I flashed it, logged a couple times and we are now working on Rev2.

The car feels fantastic and I look forward to working with Steve! A++, highly recommended!!

Another recommendation for Steve. He's been the nicest guy and his work is top notch! I'll be taking all of my tuning needs to him in the future.

Got a hold of Steve (Pullz-On-Tuning) to OS e-tune my Saabaru 92x EJ20 Stage 2

Currently working on Rev3 and the car is running smoothly and strongly so far!

Steve's patience, sound advices, quick response, and tuning prowess are highly recommended!

One more data log from my end and should be good to go!

I've used 6 tuners on 2 different impreza's i've owned. The range of quality of work and customer service greatly differs between them all. I won't name names of everyone i've used on the forum, but I will say Steve is in the #1 spot after have worked with all 6 on tuning.

A few key points from my experience with Steve:
  • Does not make you change your setup to what he feels is it should be, and what is easy for him to tune. I've had other tuners who will refuse to tune if you have a rear o2 unplugged or evap components removed for example.
  • Is a pleasure to communicate with.
  • Has the fastest turn around from any tuner i've used. Any tuner i've used has always taken 1 day to 1 week to turn around a new file. Usually it was always a few days. I pretty much got a new tune every day from Steve (if I upload a tune, took logs, and sent them back in a few hours).Very knowledgeable in tuning and did not have a problem working with new sensors or hardware. Was able to get a great first tune that was literally better than my final last tune from previous tuner. Worked and refined it until it was totally optimal and end result is awesome
  • Took the time to explain something in detail if you had a question instead of either a quick answer or not answering a question.

Do not get me wrong some of the tuners I used were good, some ok, some aweful. But as I mentioned I would put Steve in the #1 spot.

Thanks Steve

Talking Pullz-On FTW!

Let me start by saying, Steve is AWESOME.
Now, I'll tell you how I got there. I purchased my first STi back in March. I've wanted the '04 since I was in HS. It was purchased through an online auto auction by the dealership I work for in ATL and shipped half way across the country. Upon arrival I made a horrible discovery. The previous owner had blown the motor long story short. After about 6 grand and a month later, I had a new motor and stage 2 car. So I thought.
The EBC was no good and that's when I was refered to Steve. Within minutes of talking on the phone, he knew what it was. He recommended I buy a manual boost controller to get rid of the clunker of an access port. I met up with him last Saturday where he spent 2-3 hours riding shotgun laptop in tow.
After many tweaks here and there and some fine tuning, I FINALLy got the STi I always wanted. It runs like it has a brand new motor as it should. I can't thank him enough and look foward to future tunes as I continue beefing up my car. If you're looking for someone who doesn't talk to you like your stupid (Which I experienced with the "well known" shop that put the new motor in) and who also is passionate about what they do, look no further. Long story short, Steve is the man!

Default dux 10 Pullz-on Tuning

I just wanted to say thank you to Stevie @ pullz-on tuning. The car being tuned is an 08 WRX hatchback with a VF52 turbo. Supporting mods include: AEM cold air, 3in Turbo-back exhaust, 3port EBCS. Steve was amazing to work with for these reasons:

---Had no issues with my current set up and was confident in saying he could tune this setup with no problem

---Great to work with because he kept me on the loop with everything and answered any question I threw at him

---Turn around time is always same day, unless he has an emergency

---AND MOST IMPORTANT. HE MADE THE MOST POWER OUT OF MY SETUP THAN ANY OTHER TUNER, AND IT'S RELIABLE--- 281whp/305tq (Mustang)

Thanks again Steve, and you will get many referrals from me for e-tunes!

Does Steve only do open source tuning or does he also work with Cobb accessports?

Add another to the happy OS etune bandwagon for Steve. Been working with him over the last 3 weeks, 7 map revisions, and a recommended MBC swap on my Stg1 05 Forester XT... runs like a beast! He's great!

Steve was recommended to me by my buddy, pskinner21, after I picked up my 08' STi. I've been an owner of DSMs and recently sold my 10' Mitsu Ralliart that had a GST basemap flash. I sometimes felt like I was driving a glass car because of those OTS tunes, until I contacted Steve.

- Steve knows exactly what you want and is quick to offer advice

- He will set you up for further tuning down the road and not deny you a certain part to tune.

- As everyone says...FAST turnaround. If he's out of the office, he let me know beforehand.

I would never knock anyone for dropping big bucks on an AP, and that is not an argument I wish to start, but I -WILL- say if you ask me what I recommend for anyone's first upgrade, it would be the Pullz-on-Tuning Stock stg 1.

After spending about a month researching tuners, trying to find one a good reputation, with a reasonable price, and quick turnaround, turned out to be a little overwhelming being that opensource is not a popular tuning method. Then I stumbled upon this thread and was amazed by all the extremely positive reviews, my search was over.

I contacted Steve and immediately felt at ease with putting my car, or truck in my case, in his hands. He was very friendly and quick with his revisions and answered any questions that I had.

Now 7 revisions later, I have a Baja that's stage 2 that makes gobs of torque and puts a grin on my face every time I get behind the wheel.

Another very satisfied customer with Steve at Pullz-on-Tuning!
