I have yet to see anyone using the Whiteline front and rear sway bars for the 2.5i, but they are on my list after coilovers. At this point, I think they are the only company still making a front sway bar for our cars. I am going with the 22/22 front/rear adjustable setup.

Trying to figure out if I'm gonna need to get my fenders rolled looking to have no tire gap in the rear an tucked very little on the front I'm currently running 235/45/17 on my stock rims 17x7 rims, look for very minimal camber maybe. -1 or less all around

Default New wheels and tires!

I had originally planned on getting a set of new Enkei RPF1s from Tire Rack, but my cousin found these over on the FT86 forums for super cheap. They're a little beaten up, but I've always loved the Superleggeras and I couldn't pass up the deal. Also got a sick deal on the tires off of ebay. It's amazing how big of a difference tires alone make. I hate myself for waiting 3 years to upgrade. I wish I could go around slapping every kid whose first mod is a fart can exhaust and tell them to get a decent set of tires first.

Wheels: OZ Superleggera 17x8+35
Tires: Nitto NT05 235/40ZR17

As of right now, the rear sits flush, but the front pokes out a little. Almost looks like I have some positive camber. Placed an order for a set of BC Racing BR coilovers, so I'll get it all lined up once those are on. Also got some Goodridge brake lines, Stoptech brake pads and ATE Super Blue Racing brake fluid sitting in my room, and Goodridge clutch line on the way.

I'm very excited to see how the car handles once everything is done. Maybe next spring, before autox season starts, I'll do intake/exhaust/headers. Would like to get a LITTLE more power out of the measly NA.

You can use the Eibach front but you will have to move the exhaust a little if you do. I put front and rear Eibachs on and learned this the hard way. The larger diameter front bar causes the bar to come in contact with the exhaust and rattle like crazy. $100 later (had a local shop cut and move the exhaust) and all is well. Other than that it fits and works great.

So I'm better off just buying the whiteline one

Yes. Basically, Anything WRX from the cat bolts up correctly from 08-10. And just incase you were wondering an Outback Sport is not an Outback. It retains the Impreza 2.5i chassis, while holding onto "outback" features such as the two tone and a bit taller suspension. I had issues with this at first and thought an OBS was a smaller outback lol

STI (08-13) and WRX (11-13) would fit too, however, the quad-tip will touch the bottom of the rear bumper and melt it even if you go out and by longer exhaust hangers.

Hey guys, figured I'd join in on this epic thread considering I just acquired a 2008 OBS Obsidian Black.

So far I've done:

Perrin short shifter adapter + shift knob (new bushing still to be installed)
StopTech SS Braided brake lines on all four corners
Hawk HPS Pads on front wheels
K&N Drop-in filter
Rear shifter linkage bushing yet to be installed as well
And in the mail a set of Dunlop Direzza Star Spec ZII tires to be used at my first autox event on the 28th

custom light bar w/ 2 hella 500ff's
the last two pics give ya an idea on what i did for the lightbar. basically some flat strap and tubing with a couple crappy welds..but it works!

looking for other things to enhance my suby.any tips are welcome I think next ill get a rear sway bar. any info on that would be nice. ie what ill need for a complete install. im having limited luck online and here on what exactly will fit right in on my n/a impreza. ie bushings, end links, sway bar..what brand etc.

sorry about the bad pics im still getting the hang of this forum.
