Default Cable to drive by wire, or vice versa

well i had a 2002 wrx with a built 2.0L engine, its now wrecked. I also have a 2004 sti shell with a full harness. so my question is, how do i get the wrx engine to work int the STI? since one is cable and one is drive by wire. what do i need to change and should i stick with cable or wire? i just need some options, thanks

you need a dbw throttle body, ideally the sti maifold also and it would bolt right on the wrx motor.

I just swapped my bugeye wiring into my 04 STi shell. I drilled out the spot welds on both chassis' gas pedal brackets and then welded the bugeye gas pedal bracket into the 04 STi shell. Then I had to drill a hole into the firewall for the cable to pass through.

You swapped the dash harness and ecu? So literally take everything from the bug eye and put in the sti. The gauge cluster , ecu, everything. Is what your saying
