Of course it's fine, 5 litres=5.3 q. BTW, "full full" isn't really an accurate method of measurement...just saying. 2004, should be almost due for its next oil change!

You can put in 10 quarts and the only problem you'll see is oil seeping out of the dipstick hole. This isn't a Toyota that'll blow up with an extra ounce. Every other Jiffy Lube oil change in older Legacy GTs has been to remove the tranny bolt and drain the tranny fluid, then overfill the already full oil by 5 quarts. This is why Subaru went to a T70 on the tranny bolt. All the reports from those cars were lunched trannies and perfectly fine engines.
