Thinking about running this set up. But will it be okay to drive this as a daily driver with those karlton flares and such big tires? I'm just afraid of rubbing the most, so have any of you guys have issues rubbing? Thanks!

Daily drove for almost a year on my setup with no issues.

You cut all of the sheet metal behind the flares to accomodate the big wheels and tires. If you do it right you should have no rubbing.

When you mean sheet metal your talking about the fender and the rear fenders right ? And would I have to do any custom cutting on the fender flares or they're good and ready to go!

It's called made to order lol hit up ccw, work usa, vr wheels, wheel flip, rav spec.

There are 5x100 wheels out there you're just not looking hard enough.

Browse VW vortex, all the euro forums.

Yup.

The only thing you need to cut on the fenders is the lip that is used for pulling them from the molds. On the outer edge there is a 1/2" lip that needs to be cut off.
