Default Need help now!!

hey guys, here is my log: i quit the rpm range early because my car was acting dumb and i didnt want to take a chance running the rpms any higher. It misses during boost and feels weak. I changed the plugs and that fixed the problem for a few days but now its back to where it was. I think the plugs may be fouling because a too lean/rich condition possibly?

Where are you techs at? I have no mechanics around here that I would trust wry my car so I do nearly everything myself with the help of this forum.

Your logs have way too irrelevant much information.
Secondly, you are not logging boost/target boost so there is zero opportunity for anyone to diagnose boosting issues that you may have.
You are not logging your throttle position ; We cannot diagnose the problem without that.

The long and short of it - You are knocking well beyond excessive levels and have an issue. I don't think your plugs are fouling ; I believe your engine is screaming for mercy.

Reset the log parameters & run a proper log. Details are in the forum. You also need to seek a local tuner. Don't trust the internet.

You also have two threads open for the same log & question. Information is already in your other thread.

How come when I put the new plugs in it ran better for a few days, and now it runs like it use to? It was a very big difference once I changed the plugs.

Without seeing a proper log, we are picking at straws here. Think of it for a second ; You replace a component that was causing an issue, it functions as normal for a few days, and the symptoms return. Obviously something is causing an issue. Until you produce a suitable log, we will continue to pick at straws.

The fact that remains true is you have excessive, serious levels of fine knock. Knock is bad. Knock kills engines. Knock is not good. The knock you see results in the destruction of your plugs, from detonation, etc.

Unless you are willing to get the information people need to gain insight into your issue, You will never figure it out unless you find a local tuner.

You definitely have some lean spots in that tune. Lots of questions :What car is this? What are the mods? Who tuned you? Do you have any aftermarket parts on there not supported by the tune????????

Better off to find a tuner that will spend some time on this car. my 2 cents

Well now is the time to get Steve to send you a base map. Don't do anymore pulls on your car.

Steve will be tuning my car . I bought the car like this so idk what all internal work has been done but they said it was built for the bigger turbo. Both engine and tranny

Everyone above has expressed concern with your car... I'm going to echo that. Get a base map from Steve as soon as possible and don't do anymore pulls on your current map. Your injectors are hitting 40 IDC, but your fuel pump is max'ed at 100% even after you let off the gas during your run.

It also looks like you're looking at knock in .5* intervals, instead of the typical .35*, which is strange. Your load tops out just under 1.2, which is extremely strange for a FI application.

Your AFR is ****ed. You are running DANGEROUSLY lean throughout your entire run. Either you have the world's worst tune, or something is mechanically wrong with your car.

No more pulls. Get a base map from Steve. If your numbers are still out of whack, something is mechanically wrong.

So my fuel pump is maxed out then il need a higher flow pump. Would that fix the lean condition you recon? Thanks for the info, I'm talking to Steve now about it

Working on this basemap at the moment. The OP is still missing a wideband and fuel pump so it'll be on wastegate pressure until both components are installed.
