Default Ecu flash voltage problem

Hey guys, I'm trying to flash Ecu and keep getting 4.36 voltage error. When I disconnect my flash block I get 4.46v. Help please

For anyone else having this problem connect a 12v wire from the battery to left side of the flash block connector. I got it working

I got this earlier I unplugged and replugged my tactrix cable tried again and it worked fine
