Also you shouldn't even put a phone number on your website when you can't answer and don't even have a courtesy to return a phone call after someone left numerous messages.

Wow this breaking-wind habib guy is a ****ing retard. Amazing that it takes him 6 replies to try to bash cygnus when geoff was polite and told him he couldnt ship tjat particular part to canada. This giy didnt even buy anything isnt this thread for actual customers? What an idiot a mod should clean up all of these completely unecissary replies to and otjerwise perfect review thread. Geoff as absolutely amazing customer service product knowlege and pricing. Ive been buying parts for these cars for a long time and cygnus is far and away the best vendor ive ever had dealings with. Give them the chance ro earn your business and you will be glad you did A+++++

Of course Cygnus Performance offers the best prices, but even more importantly (which in the end will be the most important), I have never been anything but completely satisfied with Geoff's customer service and customer support. He has answered hundreds of questions before and after I placed my orders in full detail. He is not just another vendor who sells parts; he owns a Subaru, he tracks his Subaru, and he is extremely knowledgeable and provides great insight to the Subaru community.
I have contacted most vendors at some point during my time on NASIOC. If you haven't, don't waste your time. Cygnus should be your first and will be your last.

Geoff has spent literally weeks helping me decide on a suspension setup, and the appropriate supporting bushings and accessories. He has been patient and thoroughly answered all of my questions. To top it all off, he offered a nice discount on my order. Thank you Geoff!

Really can't say enough good things about Geoff, have dealt with him on 3 separate occasions. He has guided me towards cheaper solutions that have proven to be exactly what I wanted. He spends a good amount of time both pre and post sale.

Oh - shipping is fast and prices are great.

I called Geoff at Cygnus Performance to inquire about an order I placed yesterday before the same day processing cut off time. He told me that it was in line for processing and assured me it would ship today and I should have it by Friday apologizing for the delay. Will definitely be doing business with Cygnus Performance again!

Just purchased an entire Stage 2 setup & Cobb AccessPort with Geoff yesterday. I thought it was worth mentioning that he gets an A+ in my book. He spoke with me for a good hour in total discussing the pros and cons of each product. He also took the time to discuss the mounting hardware and gaskets required to do the installation properly as well. He's a great guy and I'll continue to do business with him in the future. His prices were incredibly fair and he was willing to work with me to earn my business. Thanks Geoff, I really appreciate it.

Got sway bars and endlinks from Geoff last week, had them installed by Andrewtech (another stellar business) this week. The only way to describe the service rendered by Cygnus Performance is excellent! Communication is some of the best I've received if not the best from any online vendor I've ever dealt with. He answers questions because he knows about his products and tests them. You can't go wrong doing business with this company, proceed with confidence.

I need to reply to this thread more often. I appreciate all of the positive feedback and reviews very much. Reading this stuff really make the long hours and years of work I have put into this business worthwhile. It has always been goal #1 to make sure everyone who buys anything from us has a good experience and is happy with their purchase. I do my best to give people advice to help them get the best parts for their needs and to help them get the results they are looking for the first time.

Cygnus Performance isn't the biggest vendor on Nasioc. We don't have the most employees or the highest gross sales of anyone here. That has never been the goal. I like to think we offer the best value though. We offer as much one on one real tech support as you need both before and after the sale. We are also willing to work with you on price 365 days of the year, not just when it's a holiday or when we're running a sale.

Anyway, thanks again for all of the great comments and feedback. You guys are what makes Cygnus a success and I never lose sight of that. I very much look forward to serving the Nasioc community for many years to come.

I hate to admit it but I had been ordering all my parts from another (large) vendor for the past year or so. Approximately $5-6K in parts so far... After a complication and not being able to come to an agreement I told that vendor that my wishlist of thousands of dollars would be given to another vendor. That's where I called Geoff and Cygnus Performance!!!

I called and told Geoff I need a lot of parts, some which are very tough to find in stock, and I needed them fast for my tune date in two weeks. I needed parts that he didn't even have on his website. Geoff told me not to worry and everything would make it to me on time and he would source the parts he didn't have on the site. Later that day I got a call saying there was a problem with a part that won't make it in time, but he suggested I switch the part to another brand that would be in stock, match other parts in the engine bay more closely, and provide the same if not better fitment and performance. So I switched and now all my parts are here and I'm ready for my build on Monday.

That's customer service. Nobody has ever called to check in with my order or cared whether parts made it in time for my build. Most companies want your money and that's it. I will now use Geoff for every purchase in the future, which I plan on making many. Thanks again Geoff

This month I purchased a set of fortune 500 coils, and a gates timing belt kit with all the goodies from Cygnus. As everyone has mentioned, the prices simply cannot be beat by any other vendor here on Nasioc plain and simple. If you are buying from another vendor you are over paying. On top of the great prices, Geoff's customer service is second to none. I called back plenty of times after my order had been placed with questions and he was glad to chat and answer them. Cygnus is the place to order parts and they will continue to get all of my business.

This thread dosent have enough good posts about Geoff yet so here's another.

First off, I'm convinced he dosent sleep. He always answers my emails within a couple hours, even late at night.

Secondly, after getting some whishy washy answers from other vendors/ manufactures about getting some top hats to fit a coil over with nonstandard dimensions, he had some good insight into a solution and actually gave me more info on my coils than the vendor who sold them to me. He took it upon himself to get a definite answer or a custom product made. I'm glad I'm doing business with Geoff again.

Ordered a brake package from Geoff at the beginning of this year and he did all he could to get everything together and reduce the shipping price as much as possible for Hawaii of all places. Geoff is very polite and he answered all of my questions and was in constant contact the whole time. Very good prices, fast shipping, and great customer service. I will definitely buy from Geoff again.

First off, I would like to say BIG THANK YOU to Geoff at Cygnus Performance.

Secondly, I would like to HIGHLY RECOMMEND GEOFF @ CYGNUS PERFORMANCE to all of you for all your part needs!!!

I was shopping for some parts and have came across their website link here on NASIOC. Right away I saw they have unbeatable prices for every part that I was looking for. I have called Cygnus Performace on Wednesday Nov 12th at around 12pm and left a message and an hour later Geoff called me-owner himself, not a selling rep for a company. We have discussed my part list with Geoff and then he gave me a price quote that really surprised me (in a good way). I couldn't get a better quote shipped anywhere, and I mean anywhere!!! He was very professional and helpful for my parts selection and have made few suggestions regarding my order. Geoff also specified that my package will be delivered the next day and he was absolutely correct. I have received my package the next morning Nov 13 at 11am. Everything that I have ordered was inside the package as ordered shiny new and looking awesome.

I will be sure returning to Geoff @ Cygnus for all my part need and so recommend to all of you too.

I realize that there are a ton of vendors on NASIOC, and I will keep doing everything I can to make us continue to be your number one choice for parts.

I'm really looking forward to being able to offer some of the new products we have for 2015. We have some extremely high quality brands and parts in stock that very few other vendors are able to offer. Aside from Racecomp we are the only dealer in the world authorized to sell GT WORX Bilstein shocks. We also have a large inventory of RCE springs and coilovers. We are the Master Distributor for Fortune Auto now. We also have the largest Super Pro Subaru specific inventory in the country.
