Yes they are. I really didn't want to install them but the drivers side was ripped off and would never line back up. So I just gave in and bought a set.

Paint for our Bugeyes is always a point of concern -- I've considered doing a respray, because most of the paint on the car is more than a decade old.. maybe something silly like flat forest green

Do it! That would actually look really cool. Flat olive green, flat black wheels, medium tint, and maybe even a flat black roof.
