Default Speed Raceway Horsham

Hey

Anyone been to www.speedraceway.com/horsham/

Just wanted to see if there's any interest. There's few videos on youtube of the two tracks.

I'm looking for others to check it out and do a few races.

Its over priced in my opinion. I used to work at the denver track, the karts are lots of fun and being electric they have tons of torque.

I do agree it is $$ however sure beats traffic tickets, track days fees, track tires, etc you get the idea.

The crowds are growing, equaling in longer wait times for the "arrive and drive" sadly that doesn't mean better skills.

If anyone is looking for a clean battle, just post up and set a date.

I was going every sunday night for a while with a friend at work. Stopped going though since I've been busy. Tomorrow is the super bowl too so not gonna go. I really don't think it's that over priced. When I go I buy the 7 races for $100. Usually race 3 times and call it a night. When I go back I'll have 4 more left and so on.

I've been to plenty of kart places in the area and I'd put this right around lehigh valley gran prix.

they've changed the $100 offer to 7 races to now 8 races.

Mondays they are closed however on Tuesdays there's a lunch special.

Anyone interested in doing a meet here some time?

Yeah its def alot of fun imo. Its usually $20 for 14 laps. Ive been to Cinnaminson and Horsham. Horsham seems like a bigger facility and the turns are much closer and tighter. Cinnaminson is a smaller facility but the track has more "speed thru" sections.

If there was a meet at the Cinnamenson there I would be there. I go there a lot and have meet a lot of good racers there too. Just a few weeks ago I meet a guy who was a formula A driver. Another was a racer in the SJ SCCA autox. And there is a Sonic next door. What's not to like? I'm done talking someone just make this meet thing happen.

There was a meet there like every monday or tuesday night but it kept getting shut down bc of the usual reasons. Ppl feel the need to show off and drive like idiots during/after the meet.

What if we just go once a month? Hey officer we just happen to be here for our monthly meet helping this establishment flourish by paying for racing the legal way. Oh you heard my muffler? Well my foot slipped accidentally, over and over again lol. But seriously. I wouldn't mind meeting once a month.

Just came back from the track in Cinnaminson. They are running "the mega track" today. If u have never driven on the mega track I suggest trying it out tonight. Also Horsham is running it's monster track on the 17th. Anyone going ?
