Just installed mine today and it fits and sounds great! This exhaust plus my invidia catless dp gave the car an awesome deep rumble. Ill try and get some pics when it stops raining.

Mine had such a little bit of tilt that you can't really notice unless you are specifically looking for it. Nobody has ever noticed.

Brand new to the forum, so hope I'm not posting in the wrong place...

I just ordered this exhaust off ebay, I put in an offer to catbackking for $200, he countered with $249 saying that costs have gone up. When I checked his counter offer, apparently overnight he, and nissangtrpower have upped their prices to $900! Anyone know why?

The only thing I have to say to that is...HOLY ****! I've noticed they have been the only two sellers on ebay pushing this exhaust kit for quite some time (unless that has changed recently). Perhaps they finally realized they had the market on ebay and collectively decided to mark the price up. Or maybe catbackking IS nissangtrpower??? Regardless, that price is retarded. If they are going to try to sell it for that price, it will make the Cobb Tuning equivalent affordable.....HAHAHA!

Sorry to bump a month old thread but I just traded my friend for this cat back. First off it was very tilted however, I put the left side hanger in the middle setting where their are two holes instead of the standard hole at the bottom of the hanger. This helped a lot. Second I' am coming from an invidia n1 street. I never hit stage 2 target boost with the invidia with this it is right on point. Despite the boost target, it seems almost like I may have lost a little power? Maybe it is because there is more back pressure? Maybe it is in my head since it is not as beastly sounding as the invidia at WOT?

Cat-backs affect nothing besides the sound your car makes. The Invidia sounded better because it's a quality exhaust, not a knock-off.

Regardless of you've read on the internet, you absolutely get what you pay for. No two ways about it.

Right I have always known that but I' am talking in terms of back pressure not sound. The srs type re sounds really good actually. Almost like the Invidia but turned down. I only referenced sound as in maybe since it is not as loud it doesn't seem as fast. There are different designs, Straight through and chambered. I' am wondering if this catback design might have made me gain more back pressure resulting in a loss of power? Not much but just a little. Again this might just be in my head.. Also you just said "Cat-backs affect nothing besides the sound your car makes" so why spend 800-1,000 bucks on piping that makes noise? For cat backs I disagree with "you get what you pay for".

Update^ There is definitely more back pressure with this catback. If there was a power loss I don't think it is enough to make a difference but the butt dyno feels different. When I shift now it picks up with less gas where as the invidia needed a lot of more effort in picking up in between shifts when coming off the clutch.. Not sure if this will be bad or good for performance but they say you don't want any back pressure. Doesn't feel bad though I kind of like it. I do want the most out of my set up though so will see how it does next time one of the V8 guys try to race me...

Installed mine. Sits nicely horizontal, is not tilted and got it for 236+ shipping.
This has 3" OD, the ID is roughly 2.75-2.8", except the pipe that goes into the axleback is 3" ID (that's rare).
However, the axleback tip has a cone that is welded into the muffler can and that cone necks inside the can to lower than 2.75", I'd say 2.65-2.7".

An axleback that is completely 3" inner diameter would flow more, but would be louder.
I wish they trimmed that cone to where it was at 2.75" ID, to have everything even, but maybe it was too loud that way.
