Question Stock 2.5RS Pricing

Looking at buying a 2000 2.5RS. Thing is bone stock. They're asking $4300 for it. From what I've seen so far (lots of pictures) it looks like it is in good to excellent condition.
Am I the only one that thinks that price is a little high?

It has 125,000 miles on it.

Man- I love those RS's. I totally wish they built anything even similar now.
But to me, thats way more than its worth. I have no idea "what its worth" as far as blue book or any of that stuff. But me, if it were extra clean and all stock, I'd be ok with paying 3000 or so.
Got any pics? Just giving my honest opinion here. I'm sure to some the price is fair.

Blue Book and Edmonds are pretty much ~3400
NADA is saying over 5000
Looks like he wants close to Retail price for it.

Hey I guess I wasn't too far off. I guess a lot depends on where you are.
Here in central Florida, cars almost always go for well below kelley blue book.

After looking at it, I think I'd deduct $$ for those tail lights. Ricer looking imo. I usually avoid the car for any of the ricer 16 yo stuff. May just be trivial to most, but I start to wonder who drove it when I see that kind of thing. just my opinion.

The cars around me are priced above blue book because they are rare-ish and in demand for people who know what they are. I paid above blue book for mine earlier this year. But I loved it even though it needed work and I couldn't find many around for sale. I negotiated down a bit, but people really want these cars and will pay over blue book for them (like I did). Have a number you're comfertable with in mind and negotiate the price down.

In the Louisville, KY area they are going for around $3,500 to $4,000 depending on the mileage and condition. I don't think that's too bad considering it should last you a long time still.
