Default Quick Racing Tire Question (please look at the pic)

Please look quickly at this picture and tell me what's happening
After my first time ever using rcomps (hankook z214 c71) they had squiggly lines of thick rubber built up onto them. What's this a sign of and is it bad?

(Not a actual picture of my tires)

Just looks like pickup to me. Those tires are really sticky when hot and during the cool down lap and/or in the pits they'll pick up loose rubber. Were the rears worse?

Tires just do that on the track. The sticker the tire the more the effect. It's picking up loose rubber on the track.

It's called OPR (other peoples' rubber).

Like others have said, OPR for sure, lol if anything just scrub speed and push those tires more to get that stuff off.

@Luke do you balance competition rubber? I never did based on the idea that Ill pick up OPR and the tires will slip on the wheels anyway and throw off balance, and just dealt with the vibrations..
