Smile Got mine last night.

New member here, but figured i'd add my info to help some potential owners. I was told by 3 dealers that $26.5 is the lowest they would give me on my 2013 WRX (plasma blue pearl), ended up buying one from Subaru of Santa Monica for $25.5 before TTL because I used truecar.com. They drove the car from dealer to dealer and I guess racked up 192 miles - I was pissed when I arrived and almost changed my mind about buying that car, so I had them throw in a roof rack at no cost and went home with my car. I did all of the paper work online before arrival, so I just had to jot some signatures and was out of there in a matter of 30mins. Anyways enough ranting, real story below.

Year: 2013
Type: WRX (4 door) - Base (Plasma Blue Pearl)
Any Added Accessories: STi short shifter, all weather mats, roof rack
Out the door Cost: $28.2
Cost before TTL: $25.5
DownPayment: $8k
Interest Rate: 1.69% (NO BS)
Term of Contract: 48

If you within 200 miles of Evanston Subaru in IL try getting a quote from them and ask MI dealer to match. I paid 24k for base plus accessories at invoice

Looks decent not knowing your area. Tbh, I wish I had not gotten the short throw and gone with the kartboy. I'm also glad I skipped the exhaust, but that's probably more preference (have nameless now). Without those looks like you'd be under invoice.

Just bought a used 2013 wrx premium with 9,700 miles from a private seller. Came with moon roof & fog lights (both are premium options), STI shift knob, short shifter, SPT exhaust, arm-rest extension, and a few other small options. I paid 27,500. I'm happy with a very fair price. Just checked the 2014 off the lot prices with the same options and saved over 4500 including tax difference. The 9700 miles and the few cosmetic differences were certainly not worth the extra money in my eyes. I love the vehicle and already started sticking money into mods.. wouldn't have it any other way

Currently working with a few dealers in TX, these are the best pre-tax offers so far.

White WRX sedan w/ all weather mats at $25,381.

White WRX w/ auto dimming mirror with compass and homelink, armrest upgrade, cargo tray, cargo net, wheel locks and all weather mats @ $25,794

I've taken the advice of using truecar and feel they're pretty solid prices so far (and the dealers seem to still be willing to negotiate further). I plan on picking up in the 1st week of DEC when I move out there from San Diego. Any input appreciated, and thanks in advance!

Sorry, I forgot to specify, it's for the 2014 Base model (aannndd just realized I could have just edited the prior post but I wasn't logged in when I originally tried so it'd make sense that the edit button was nowhere to be found...)

I feel like a lot of you guys are getting great prices.

I went to 3 different Subaru dealerships in the area, 1 of them being about 2hrs away, and the best price they all offered was 25k for a base wrx before TTL.

^ keep in mind there is a bunch of BS being posted on here to make people feel good about themselves. At the end of the day if you feel you are getting a great deal then be happy about it...,

Unless you are paying MSRP....then are are getting robbed.

That 3.4% is more like 6% with 84 months. Bad investment, priorities are out of line.
