Even though I don't like low cars, it looks much better with fenders.

Alright,

Here is another piece I have wanted to find and try out. After having great success with finding the OEM Option Lip from JapanParts I had them see if Subaru somewhere deep in there warehouses had any of the side garnish kits in 32J Obsidian Black Pearl. Sure enough they did and only had two left. So I had them sent to me. I have seen replicas out there that were un-painted and did not have the hardware or molded clips that hook to the bottom of the door. I have seen these on white cars and while It does look a little out of place I'm hoping that being black it will blend in a little better. I have seen them in WRB and think they look great. If not look out for a "For Sale" thread. Nothing beats the quality of OEM Painted parts with everything you need.

I will be installing these this week. As for the price they were a little steep at about $400 for the kit. That being said that price is still pretty good compared to other pieces like the factory limited V lip which is around $500 for the original. The lip I got as well was a little much too but they are great pieces that a lot of people either didn't know existed or were not the easiest to get. I also have full painted mirror covers on the car which are great because it covers the entire mirror rather then just the painted area that came factory. This is part of the reason I love Subaru because they offered so much and every time I look I'm finding something interesting and new. For example they make an entire wood grain dash kit OEM. Who would buy that Idk but its just an example. A lot of this stuff they never really advertised or had information on it. It's as if they made limited quantities for people like me to ask for it

Got home from work early so I took advantage of it. Car is filthy but clean where I did the install . Anyways I rolled the car out to take a couple of shots. Iv been working on re-routing my oil cooler lines (as seen behind grill). The garnish's look great and will look even better once I give the car a bath. I'm also loving my front lip too! I haven't taken it out in a week or so. I'm gonna start working on a V-mount project next. Which means my front cusco brace will be for sale (hint hint). Its funny the tint hides my cage pretty well.

Old picture to reference the Cusco front brace:

Bc's are on the cards. Actually looking for something progressive. I had Red prodrive springs in my Forester and the ride was pretty decent. This is a little bumpy as stock.
