Default Error codes say whaa?

My check engine light keeps coming on. And it says this. Can someone tell me what this means in English...

"P0171 system too mean (bank 1)"

"P1096 tumble generator valve #2 (open circuit)"

"P1094 tumble generator valve #1(open circuit)"

Could you post some car details; model, year, mods. That'd be a good start.

More details would be nice.

How old is the front O2 sensor?

Does the car have TGV deletes and if so what was done with the electrical connectors?

Woops. Sorry guys still kinda new to this.

It's a 2004 Wrx, down pipe, catless exhaust, 650 injectors. Apexi intake. Front mount and that's pretty much it.

What are tgv deletes?

I got this car with the intake, and injectors already installed. So as far as that. Well. I don't know. As far as the O2 sensor, again I have no idea how old it is, wouldn't hurt replacing it?

TGV deletes are a modification where you remove the tumble generator valves located at between the intake manifold and cylinder head. Unabomber has a good write up on them here.

If your TGVs have not been removed, they have probably failed in some way. It's not an uncommon failure on older Subarus. You can look into fixing the problem or removing them and disabling the associated check engine lights in your tune.

For the P0171 code, do you have an Accessport or any way to datalog the car? Without more information and just making some guesses on the P0171 code......your front O2 could be worn out or your MAF sensor could be faulty. You could could have developed an intake leak (possibly pre-turbo). The scaling for your intake and/or injectors could be off in the tune.

Until you get the P0171 code sorted out, I would not recommend driving the car aggressively as it could be dangerous.

I'll take a look at the tgv's

As for that P0171 code, yes I do have an accesport. I'll data log it later on,
Would that tell me where my problem is lying?
