? OTS Stage 2 Boost Targets
I'm trying to modify Cobb's off the shelf stage 2 tune for a 2012 WRX because I added a EBCS to the car. I believe I have the WOT waistgate duty cycle dialed in, but I'm not certain about the partial throttle calibrations.
I started by reducing the wastegate duty cycle tables (Hi and Low) down by 50%. Now there are several spots at partial throttle and rpm ranges between 2400 and 4000 where WGDC is at the High table max but I'm not achieving the boost targets, even though the car seems to drive very well. My question is: Should I be hitting all the boost targets across the partial throttle ranges, or are those targets meant to force the correction tables into action for other reasons?

I may be wrong about this but I think that the peak boost target is what your shooting for. I cant imagine being able to hit every target right on throughout the rpm range. I believe as long as your hitting your main targets at wot then you should be good. Someone else chime in if I am way off on this.

Boost Target is just that, a Target. You wont ever reach boost target below 3200 RPM. You should have mapped the Boost Target vs Actual boost prior to the EBCS and then compared it to the post EBCS tune and made adjustments to this. Once dialed in you should see the delta and the post EBCS reaching target boost a couple hundred RPM sooner.
