Default Day of Datalogging Concluded! Need Input Please

Alright so I received my AP yesterday and not my DP yet. But went ahead to Stage 1 to datalog and see if there was anything funny before I go to Stage 2 Later this week.

My car is an 02 WRX with these current addons:

-catless up-pipe
-SPT Intake
-3in cat-back exhaust
-short throw
-lowering springs
-group n mounts
-new stage 1 clutch

So here is my conclusion of Data:

Low/High

A/F:
-3.91 / 0

Boost:
-9.59 / 14.81

DAM:
12 / 16

Fine % FB Knock:
0's

MAF:
2.79 / 163.62

Boost Error:
-13.25 / 11.60

Wastegate Duty %:
0 / 99.22

Only real question I have is about the Turbo Vac it was always around -9 during no throttle even at idle or anything is this normal? otherwise what input do you guys have on this data? Whether it be Good or BAD and i need to change something? If there is other data I should definitely be looking into, Please Let me know. Thanks

Check out the vid in this link: http://forums.nasioc.com/forums/show....php?t=2256927

It will help you get some good logs. As for what you posted I would be a bit concerned if you actually saw your DAM drop to 12. (Some maps start lower after a reflash and increment up to 16). Hopefully you are the latter.

Thanks for the link!

And ok I will look into that more on the DAM. It looks like it was at 12 for the beginning then later on went to 16 and stayed there and never went back down. I am curious if the ECU automatically made the adjustment after a short bit. I will do it again tomorrow and see where it starts off at. But I feel as though, the ECU itself made the right change.

Oh man so today I ran a datalog while driving to the baseball games I had to Umpire. And I am now somewhat concerned because my DAM was as low as 6!

How bad is this? Should I be super worried? how can I get this fixed?

Post up a log and let us see whats going on. You can save it somewhere like google docs and post the link on here. Just save it as a .csv or .xml file and make sure that you share it "with anyone with the link".

Sorry in advance I think I had different parameters for the first log. Not all were being logged as they were today. Today I set it to default settings for data logging

Wow thats alotta log to go through Felt like I took a drive while I was reading it.

OK for starters it could be noise (fingers crossed). You just had a clutch install so you need to get up under the car and check for loose bolts, nuts, brackets etc. A friend of mine had a catalytic converter breaking apart in the DP and it did the same thing.

I don't think its fueling related. I did notice your iats getting pretty high with that intake but it didn't correspond with dropping the DAM or knocking. Just something to be aware of is that you don't want to go wot after stop and go traffic until you get some airflow going.

Keep us posted

EDIT: Bad gas can cause similar issues

Alright sounds good. Thanks for clarifying that for me. So the guess is that something is loose.

Edit: I had an alignment done before this and soon after is when this was happening and hearing a slight noise only sometimes. Could it be something they caused while doing the alignment?
