Default Ej20k rebuild

Does anyone know any good engine rebuilders in the lower main land? I have a friend that is now on a deadline!
Thanks

I dunno... he has the motor mounts on backwards...

honestly not something you'd pick up on unless you've actually installed one of these motors. I've installed them backwards before during mock-up of an engine...

cc-racing has been mentioned quite a few times... Mostly by you actually.

But how much of a rebuild are we talking about here?

Terry Bride left cc-racing and started his own place.

But yes, if you keep it local Terry for sure. If you want a place that does Subaru engines only then Maxwell Power in Washington.

Yes I do recommend him. He does very good machine work and longblock assembly .... motormounts aside. I dont think rocket does motors and as Arthur said there is maxwell. No one has mentioned anyone else that builds motors.

Im curious how many locals here have built motors. Most just replace the shortblock as is. Not even replacing pistons. And if more do get motors built, where than?

if it was my money I would go to maxwell and do the build your own engine program. I don't have all the tools to do it and I would want somedody to hold my hand the first time I build an engine. If I had no timeline of course.
