Default got crack in zero sports downpipe

I got 7cm linear crack in zero sports downpipe between two bends. of course, I will brush over the surfaces before welding, but will auto tig weld be enough good for future use?

I had heat wrap on it, starting from turbo flange, going down to second bend.

well. inspected all this stuff on a lift. 2 news:
1) the crack was too big, like blown out;
2) it was such a big crack, i saw aluminum material cat converter (I was really amazed because of this)...

I have removed that cut out from there. the car sounds much better, revs much better, pulls better

I would newer think this downpipe would have cat in it. Because cat area is usually much much bigger diameter, not to be too restrictive for a flow. But this cat area was almost same like diameter of another part of tube strange, why s much restriction

yeah, i would never buy it if I had wish to, too pricey for a piece of stainless metal.

2 years ago I got it as a whole turboback assembly only for 200$
