Post SVX-T in the shop to get fixed

Dropped her off yesterday afternoon to have a few things fixed / adjusted. Robert was going to install a Joe P. MBC, plus upgrade the turbo housing. He was also going to fix my valve cover gaskets and gromlets that are leaking oil.

Should have her back sometime late this week.

Ever so slightly, but with the turbo install it made it alot, and I stress that, worse.

Drips spots vs. puddles.

Anybody done the valve cover gaskets at home? I've done them on my wagon and it was pretty easy but there is a lot more room in the engine compartment with only a 1.8L. Just wondering how hard a task that is with the SVX.

I'm having Robert do mine. Don't need to make a mess.

Question

Were the gaskets leaking before the turbo install?

I've managed to replace the passenger side valve cover gasket without much problems.

Small hands like mine, however, are a BIG plus. The bottom bolts are hard to get to, flexible hands, a small ratcheting wrench, and lots of patience is required.
