Default car feeling odd today need a log look-over

car seemed a bit under power today so I hooked up the accessport to log, one of my main concerns is the fkl, till today I have NEVER seen my car show more then -1.4 at low load and that was once in a never ( so not worried about that) but today im seeing alot of (from my experience anyways) -2.45's at upper RPM's. With the car feeling the way it did and seeing the fkl I was a bit worried so I didnt do a super hard pull.

INFO:
2011 STI
AEM CAI
COBB 3.33 stg1 aem CA91 map

3rd gear pull starts at line 615-633

i believe on the 08+ STIs +/-8% is normal in the A/F learning range, that being said you are quite close to that line with the -6.25, so just keep an eye there (possibly a post MAF leak). Also see a tiny bit of FKL which is at low loads, wouldnt be TOO concerned with that either. Also, it dosent appear that your reaching target boost of 18 psi.

so I decided to change maps (went back to v330) and do a hard pull and it went perfect, no fkl, no knock in general.. felt amazing really.. but none the less would like the log above read along with this one if possible.

did a 3rd and 4th gear WOT on this one.

https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/...Hc&usp=sharing

3rd gear = lines 57-96
4th gear = lines 97-113

MANY thanks,
Paul G.

If your boost target is 18, you're not even close.

never have been close even with HWG maps. I have gone through and checked every hose under the hood and all is tight and good, so I have no clue on the boost target issue. All I know is that cobb claims all cars respond diff, Im in the process of contacting clark turner for an e-tune so Im hoping he can resolve what cobb cannot with the major low boost issue with there ots maps.

im guessing this is after looking at my first log?? if so then Im not surprised as the v3.33 decided to just go weird on me, if you could please check the last log I posted and let me know what you think because I think it looks pretty dang good.

thanks again,
Paul G.

What is your elevation? Wastegate and boost targets are quite low.

You should be hitting what the map notes say at that elevation.

I doubt your target is 18psi. Looking at the TD boost error, you're not too far off your from your targets which looks to be about 14-15psi. Which exact map are you running(stage 1 or 2) and have you played with that in ATR?

These maps are "boost select" maps and the boost target will vary by the SI-DRIVE mode that you have selected. The 17.0 psi peak boost target will only be in Sport # mode. Sport mode will target a peak of 14.5 psi and Intelligent 8 psi. It looks like perhaps you were in Intelligent mode in the first log and Sport mode in the second. For maximum performance, you will want to do a run in Sport # mode.

the beginning of the log i was in S but for the 3rd & 4th gear pull i was in S#.

I was able to get suuuuper close to target 17.16psi (with 3.30 map) but it was during the cold morning time (high 40'sF) and in 4th gear not 3rd, on a side note I was getting random FKL's and FK's that I could not reproduce myself about once to twice a day and the sums where always -1.4 or -1.45. This was with both 3.30 and 3.33 maps but now that Ive again resorted back to 3.30 from 3.33 I no longer get any FKL's but only FK's now, long story short i went into my AP and retarded the timing by 1degree and can no longer get any FK's or FKL's out of the car no matter what I do (which is awesome) . here is the morning log with FK's.

I may have jumped the gun with retarding fixing the FK, went as far as retarding to 3degrees and still got a random 1.4fk . So am I wrong to assume that what the knock sensor is picking up is not knock but an engine bay noise?
