Default P0335 Car won't start. NEED HELP ASAP!

I recently swapped an 02 wrx engine and tranny into my 02 2.5rs. After the swap was complete I went to start it up and no luck, battery was dead so I jumped it and it started right up. Car was running for 2 days then went to go start it up after running to the store and it cranked and cranked but wouldn't start. Went and got a new battery and still didn't start. Finally towed the car home and hooked up my Accessport. And I got the code P0335 (crankshaft position sensor malfunction circuit a). So I replaced the sensor and no luck, replaced engine harness fuses and main fuse relay box no luck, and then I retimed the engine and car still won't start. Car cranks and cranks but won't start. I have no clue where to go from here, I've been without a car now for about a month now. Has anyone had this problem and know of a solution? Anything will be considered. Thanks in advance!

Did you check wiring? Use multitester and long wire to check both wires between the sensor's plug pins and pins on ECU connector. If it's ok, then there's smth with ECU.
