Holy Crap! I need to do this ASAP. My car has 13k miles and I've never actually done a proper detail. Just wash and wax for the past year.

Do you Iorn X before or after a wash? Assuming it should be followed up with a full clay bar, polish, and wax. Yeah?

It just looked really dirty and a normal wash couldn't get anything off. I didn't take a before unfortunately, and hope It never gets to that point again.

Wash car, do iron-x. scrub, rinse. Then I would clay bar after that, then polish and wax.

The label recommends you do a polish and wax afterwards.

LOL, I know the feeling. My new powder came in for the 3SDM wheels and can't wait to get them off to my buddy for powder. We just finished some white powder on my winter wheels and I just itching for winter to be over and get back into summer mode. I'll need a new front bumper though. This winter was exceptionally hard on mine, so new bumper with some custom work is happening sooner than expected.

Keep up the great work and I can't wait to see the new wheels on.

Took about 2 hours to get home when it usually takes 30 minutes to get home. Went up and down a couple mountains to get around traffic. Snow tires FTW.

Tucked in...melting the snow for the next day.

Fun. At least your commute was "only" 2 hours. I heard nightmare stories from yesterday.

I think I'm over 29,000 miles now
It was pretty picturesque yesterday with the snow we got yesterday. Suby with Snow tires of course had no issues.

^ +1. We've had plenty of opportunities to do that, so far this winter.

yep. We got snow 1st, then change over to ice at around 7am.
Took an hour to go 30 miles to work..so not bad considering. Really glad I have snow tires.

Yea, they really are a must and give you that extra piece of mind. We don't get as much winter weather as you but still can get our fair share. All it takes is one bad experience...

Needed a car wash Badly...

After:

Also just passed 30,000 miles. Did the oil change/front diff/trans/rear diff fluid changes at AZP. I am trying out Motul trans/diff fluid to see how it holds up. 1st impressions are very good, and much smoother in the below freezing temps at initial startup. We'll see how well the durability of the fluid is. I normally prefer OEM fluid in my cars but I figured to give it a shot under AZP's recommendations.

Purchased an Anarchy Motive Knob from Derek. Asked for a raw finish knob so that I could have my powdercoater do the same color as my wheels.
Bonded black Chrome

Love the feel of the knob. Hopefully it doesn't get too hot/cold with the different seasons

Nice! Have one as well, and it's probably the best feeling weighted knob I've ever tried out.

It looks like you have got white monogramed floor mats in the passenger footwell.

Decent update. It's been pretty warm lately so I figured it was time to take off the snow tires

Forgestar F14's 18x9.5+48 offset (custom for us stock suspension guys )
When I originally bought them they were Gloss Black. I honestly don't like black wheels that much so I had the Alloy Artists Powdercoat them Bonded Black Chrome.

4pots look so tiny :P

Those look much nicer than the black. Was bummed they wouldn't fit my 818 but I got over it. That color and style looms great on your hatch.

Those centercaps were a PAIN to get on...nothing a cloth and a rubber mallet couldn't handle though.
