Default Rear Axle Reversal

I replaced my right rear axle about a year ago (on a GD). I was under there again today and noticed that I mixed things up and installed a left axle. So essentially I now have two left axles in the rear.

I have the correct right axle, but is it worth taking the time to swap them out?

Haven't had any issues with it after about 10 months. The FSM lists the difference in length as only 10mm, seems like the CV joints should be able to take up the slack without a problem.

Are you lowered or slammed that would pull the axle and make it wear prematurely.

surprised there is a difference, I suppose I don't know much about the RS though.

I assumed all of late were identical left/right

Here's what the FSM has to say about it.
