STI swap in a GC8, or Cosworth, Cobb (awe skeet skeet skeet) and hopefully don't go to happy and break something.

To break 10.9 second in the 1/4 mile in my legacy (current fastest legacy in the US runs a 11.45 I'm the 1/4)

Yes that would easily break into the 10's. But according to every legacy list I've seen the fastest down the track is a 11.45 in the 1/4 mile. So maybe your friend hasn't gone down the track yet? And if he has please tell him to post it up on legacygt.com because I was surprised and disappointed we didn't have any legacy's in the 10's yet.

Still working out the details but so far probably e85, stand alone , 3.3 , sleaved , rods , pistons , etc etc. Long term project for sure!
