Ouch too bad, I would send you my 02 jumper block for free if you would pay shipping.

Thanks, I should have it from SPX in a few days. I am really looking forward to seeing if the new ROM helps.

tactrix is extrememly slow with responding to emails and sometimes they just flat out forget to write back, as they indicated in one of their correspondances with me. I'm also waiting on a flash block from them, i'm sure they forgot, i'll have to probably send another email today.

I ordered my cable initially from tuningtools.com and everything was there, in the package, and it was shipped very fast!

Update for the records. The ECU had an issue. I replaced it and the car has full boost and runs great.

It was a bad stock ECU. Not sure if it started that way or got toasted at some point but it took 7 years of going through the same thing every summer and changing just about every sensor till I swaped out the ECU.

You've never touched the tune...................why even log it?

I remember when I had some issues with what I thought was my ecu....... Soon as I got the car, had issues... got a new ecu....ran like a champ. for about 2 weeks.......srarted doin the same **** again. Turned out it had pulled so much timing, freakin ridiculous amount of timing lol. I started figuring how to tune it immediately I was curious to see how yours is doin.

New update...drove the car for 500 miles with the new computer and now the issue has returned. It seemed fine for a while and then....bam, waste gate boost level. Going to take it to the tuner again now that I have a new computer not locked by Ecutek.

I had the same problem with my 03 EDM WRX. I reflashed my ecu with the xpt stage 2 map (91 octane for US).

By the way i have perrin catless uppipe, toyo sport catless downpipe, grimspeed adapter 3inch to 2.5inch, scorpion center pipe, prodrive axle back.

I never saw that thing again. It has been nearly 10000kms - 6000 miles.
