It was Redline. They had not done an 02/03 wheel, so he bought one on ebay and wrapped it for me so he would have a template. They also did the shifter boot. Great work. The leather is much nicer than OEM. You should be able to buy the kit, and follow the direcitons to wrap.

[quote=under0athh51189;41280756]No cruise control or auto cancel controls. If your not 90yrs old I think you can handle no auto signals. Lol not having cruise isn't horrible for me since I rarely drive the car[/quote

Point taken lol Did you run into any problems with the nrg hub or quick release while installing it?

I think it's 3.3? If not 3.0.

There's some really good threads on here that can be found covering different steering wheel swaps and will help you decide how to address wiring, airbags, cc, etc. if I wasn't on a stupid iPad I'd include the links in this post. The biggest thing you'll have to deal with using an 06 wheel will be the airbag differences. You can either swap clock springs or swap airbag charges. Personally I think the airbag charge swap is much easier, but may prove to be less effective in a crash.

PM me if you have trouble or specific questions.

Are there any other options out there besides Prova and GTSpec regarding steering wheels that retain the OEM airbag, horn, and controls?

If you are referring to me, it's a 2003 Forester interior with a bunch of goodies:

I've added the dual din dash pod to replace the storage cubby and the real action is a complete JDM RHD center console swap:

RHD "Panel-center" (stereo & HVAC panel section w/ pop-out cup holder), RHD "Cover-console" (cup holder & ebrake section), JDM RHD STI ebrake, RHD "Console box" (lower center console that runs along the transmission) and RHD extended arm rest.

Also '05 STI shift trim, Zero Sports 6spd M/T shift boot, Subaru Momo aluminum AT shift knob with 4" custom extension, WC Lathe Werks STI boot collar adapter for WRX 4EAT shifter, Suede red and black ebrake boot, Subtle Solutions Hazard Button Overlay...
